Privacy notice.

Who operates this shop

This shop is operated by Hantek Electronic OÜ. The company's registered address, registration number and privacy contact must be added by the operator before checkout is enabled for customers.

Information used for an order

The cart is stored in your browser. At checkout, the shop receives the email address, products, quantities, order totals and delivery details needed to create and fulfil an order. Order and payment status are stored in the Cloudflare D1 database and are visible to authorised shop administrators.

Payment services

Stripe and PayPal process the payment on their own checkout pages. This shop does not receive or store full card numbers or payment account passwords. The providers return payment status to the shop through signed notifications.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the pages and processes the shop API and database. Stripe and PayPal receive information required to process checkout. Product images and the official product-file links are served from Hantek's public website.

Retention, rights and contact

Order-record retention periods, the privacy contact address and procedures for data requests must be completed by Hantek Electronic OÜ before production checkout opens. Provider and hosting logs may also be retained under their respective terms.

This draft describes the planned test-mode shop. The operator must verify it against the deployed settings, target markets and applicable privacy requirements before accepting customer orders.
